Important Tuition Information regarding the Yearly Cap- Plan Year 2025.

Please read this important information regarding tuition reimbursement deadline for 2025 benefit year (there will be no exceptions granted for late or incomplete submissions-resulting in the reimbursement being applied and paid in benefit year 2026).

2025 is quickly coming to a close, which means the deadline for getting your tuition reimbursement funds paid out under your 2025 benefit limit is approaching.

In order to guarantee that your payment is applied to the 2025 taxable year and to have funds applied to your 2025 tuition reimbursement benefit limit, acceptable documents must be submitted successfully to Edcor in one package by December 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Submissions after this date/time or incomplete submissions could and will likely result in your reimbursement being paid and applied to your 2026 tuition benefit alottment.

Your tuition benefit year runs from January 1st to December 31st each year.  When payment is established on an application, you will be reimbursed for the receipted, eligible dollars and only up to your remaining available benefit limit for the calendar year.  For example, if your term ends in December 2025, but you receive payment in January 2026, the payment amount will be deducted from and applied to your 2026 benefit limit. 

Please be aware that submitting and having an application approved, does not mean that you will have enough benefit remaining to be paid the approved amount.  You will only be reimbursed the receipted, eligible dollars up to your remaining benefit limit.  

You may monitor your available benefit limit by logging into the tuition website at https://paychex.tap.edcor.com.  You can learn more about your benefit limit under the Program Information tab on the tuition website.  If you need assistance logging in, understanding your benefit limit, or how it is calculated, please contact Edcor at 1-844-248-0783.

 

 

IMPORTANT LEAN SIX SIGMA CERTIFICATION NOTICE -

Employees who are interested in pursuing Lean Six Sigma Certification are required to have approval from their manager before they enroll in classes or submit an application to Edcor. Please visit the Paychex HR4U site for Lean Six Sigma registration information and for management approval form which must be completed before submitting your application to Edcor. 

Process Steps:

1). Manager approval.  On-line management approval form must be completed before application submission to Edcor.

2).  Once approval is in place, and you have enrolled in Lean Six Sigma Certification with the school, please submit you applicaiton online with Edcor.

***Please note that the planning and completion of a Paychex process improvement project is required to obtain tuition approval.***

Please do not submit an application to Edcor for Lean Six-Sigma Certification until you have obtained the required Management approval.  Applications submitted without the proper management approval will be rejected.

YEAR END REIMBURSEMENT INFORMATION

             In order to guarantee payment for the 2025 taxable year:

  1. Course applications must be approved through the site according to the program guidelines.

  2. Reimbursement requests submitted by the 2025 deadline- 12/15/2025 must be for courses that have ended and are still within 90 days from the course end date. Be sure you are checking your course end dates and requesting reimbursements according to the program guidlelines. There will be no exceptions. 

  3. To receive your reimbursement and have it applied to the 2025 tuition benefit, please submit your reimbursement documentation by Monday , December 15, 2025 by 11:59pm EST.  In order for the request to be processed, your documentation must be complete and accurate.  If the documentation is incomplete or incorrect it will be rejected, you will need to resubmit the corrected documentation and the reimbursement payment will be applied to the 2026 tuition benefit.  If you have questions regarding what to submit, please contact Edcor customer service at 844- 248-0783. No Exceptions.

  4. For reimbursements you would like to be applied to your 2025 annual cap, be sure the application has been approved through the site according to the program guidelines. Reimbursement requests submitted on or after 12/15/2025 and must be for courses that have ended and are still within the 90 days from the course end date.  Requests submitted outside that time frame will not be approved for payment.  Please wait to submit the request for reimbursement on or after 12/22/2025.
